Post Oak Bank utilizes an additional layer of security that provides even greater levels of protection against fraudulent attacks such as phishing, spoofing, key logging and identify theft. All users will be required to select challenge questions and answers, select a unique image and create a personal description for the image that is only known by you. Each time you log in thereafter, the image will appear to verify to you that you are on Post Oak Bank’s website before entering your password. You will not have to select a new password during this process.

The final level of security is the authentication of your computer. Post Oak Bank has the ability to recognize the computer or computers from which you usually log on. If our system detects a suspicious login due to an unfamiliar computer, it will automatically present you with challenge questions that were previously selected.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY! FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SET UP THE SECURITY FEATURES:

Step 1:	Login using your access ID.
Step 2:	Select a picture from the image library.
Step 3:	Create a personal description (Premier MFA Device Print phrase) to the image.
Step 4:	Select your challenge questions and provide your answers.
Step 5:	Select whether to register this computer.

Note: Only register personal computers that you frequently use and are not available for public use.

The next time you log onto our internet banking service, Post Oak Bank will recognize you and display the image and personal description (Premier MFA Device Print phrase) you selected.

As a commercial customer keeping your business’ private information secure is our highest priority, which is why we have chosen to use the Vasco Security Token solution.

The Vasco solution is simple. Your token will receive a generated series of numbers that will be automatically refreshed. While logging into the website you will be asked for that secure token identifier number.
You will key in that number plus your secure PIN and be authenticated to work with your accounts.

GETTING STARTED WITH THE VASCO SOLUTION IS EASY!! FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SET UP THE SECURITY FEATURES:

Step 1:	Log in to Premier Ecorp click on Options, then click Enablement
Step 2:	Fill out enablement form and click submit
Step 3:	Enter Access ID and Password (One-Time Token Password + pin) and click login
Step 4:	Authentication value is displayed (found on your token)

The next time you login you will enter your Access ID and Password (One-Time Token Password + pin)
